The Christchurch and North Canterbury franchise is a family owned business, and the team, led by Manager Dee Taylor, are a friendly, professional bunch with plenty of hospitality experience.

Coming from a big farming family, they have many fond memories of fun-filled gatherings and get-togethers with friends and relatives, always making sure that everyone was well looked after and well fed.

Passionate about food, entertaining and hospitality and having run a boutique catering business for many years, when the chance to take over the Christchurch and Canterbury Spitroast.com franchise arose, they thought it would be a great opportunity for the family, and a wonderful way to make sure that many more people could enjoy delicious food at great prices.

Dee has experience of working both in corporate finance and as a chef, so she understands firsthand the importance of keeping your clients, colleagues and customers happy.

The Christchurch-based crew also loves to travel and can cater on site for groups of 40+ people (DIY options are available for smaller groups by arrangement) and cover the North Canterbury region, from Christchurch and Hanmer, to Kaikoura and Akaroa; quite literally from the mountains to the sea.
